Personal assistance

Phase  1

meeting

First, an introduction takes place by means of a meeting. The click and a good feeling are very important to me and form the basis.

 

For me it is important whether I am the person who can support you or whether you fit better with someone else.

 

During this meeting, which lasts a maximum of 75 minutes, I immediately see where you stand. Usually I quickly have an idea of what you need and how I can help you with that.

Phase  2

Introduction session

During this session there will be exercises and tests where I will see how your body and mind react to the exercises.  

 

Where are blockages, stress, stiffening or acidification in the body? Every person is different, every person is unique.  

 

I look at which style best suits your body and mindset.

Start program

The third phase is the start of your custom-made program that is completely tailored to you as a person, your state of mind and your body.

 

This can be a program with only individual conversations or a combination of yoga, mindfulness and breathing exercises.

 

It can be a short program or we go for a longer term.
