Phase  1

meeting

First, an introduction takes place by means of a meeting. The click and a good feeling are very important to me and form the basis.

 

For me it is important whether I am the person who can support you or whether you fit better with someone else.

 

During this meeting, which lasts a maximum of 75 minutes, I immediately see where you stand. Usually I quickly have an idea of what you need and how I can help you with that.

Phase  2

Introduction session

During this session there are exercises and tests that allow me to see how your body and mind respond to the exercises.  

 

Where are blockages, stress, stiffening or acidification in the body? Every person is different, every person is unique.  

 

I look at which style best suits your body and mind.

Phase  3

Start program

The third phase is the start of your tailor-made program. That is completely attuned to your state of mind and your body.

 

This can be a program with only individual conversations or a combination of yoga, mindfulness and breathing exercises.

 

It can be a short program or we go for a longer term.
