Yoga Nidra
Literally translated Yoga Nidra means 'yoga sleep'. With Yoga Nidra you achieve a deep, dreamless 'sleep' in full presence and alertness. So it is not really the intention that you fall asleep, although I do hear sometimes someone snoring here and there. The lesson is suitable for everyone and is super easy to follow. You lie comfortably on a mat with a pillow, under a warm blanket, and your eyes are covered with a special eye pillow.

During the Yoga Nidra class I guide you through different visualizations and with this you come into a deep relaxation. Stress decreases and your blood pressure and heart rate drop. This super relaxing, gentle yoga form helps you to let go of what no longer suits you and makes you relaxed, strong and healthy.

Relax Yoga

Come and experience what Relax Yoga can do for you. Relax Yoga is suitable for everyone: from young to old, from flexible body to wooden claus.
The class consists of a series of relaxed postures, which we hold for 3 to 5 minutes and this has a healing effect on your body: it stimulates the blood circulation, the connective tissue and the meridians in your body. Your muscles, tendons and joints become more flexible step by step, your flexibility improves and you experience ultimate relaxation.

Characteristic of Easy Flow Yoga is the soft and free approach to the postures. The classes are more relaxing due to the alternation of dynamic and static poses. As a result, the load on your body is limited and the lessons are great for beginners and advanced students.​ Due to the calm and gentleness of the Easy Flow Yoga exercises, this yoga class is ideal for you if you have physical limitations. Even if you want to handle your energy balance carefully and don't want to challenge yourself physically too much, you can participate in Easy Flow Yoga
Hatha Yoga
Do you want to be in optimal condition both mentally and physically? Then join my Hatha Yoga class. Psychological and physical ailments are often expressions of imbalance and Hatha Yoga is a big mirror in this: it makes the disturbed balance visible and it helps to restore it.
A Hatha Yoga class consists of different aspects: we start with special breathing techniques to detox our body, balance our mind and bring more oxygen into our body.

Then we perform a dynamic sun salutation several times and we do a series of standing and sitting postures. The class ends with a Yoga Nidra relaxation to help your body recover and to remove stress. Like all other yoga forms this class is suitable for everyone.
